Send me a quick description on what your looking to have answered or have crafted. I will do my best to meets your requested needs.

If you located our business through Cottage Crafters, your items will generally be completed within a week. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been completed and is available for pick-up. For Cottage Crafters pick-ups, your completed orders will be available at the front of the store within the holding area. Payments will be made at the front desk pursuant to a normal Cottage Crafters check-out.

When placing an order for any product please include:

1. TREAT and/or LEASH HOLDERS - "Name and Breed" to properly personalize for your pet.

2. KEYHOLDERS - please state exactly what you want it to say example "The Lobach's".

I will then email you back with the confirmation of your Pet's name and Breed and/or Keyholder before production begins.
